Swiss Interclaims (NBI & NGF Claims)

Claims for which NBI & NGF are competent pursuant to art. 74 ff and 76 ff of the road traffic act (SVG) are settled by the managing insurer Zurich (Switzerland) with teams in Lausanne, Lugano and Zurich. In order to present themselves to injured parties and partners in a uniform and understandable way, the NBI & NGF claims departement was named “Swiss International Motor Claims" or (short version) “Swiss Interclaims”.

The name reflects the international role of the NBI in claims, as well as the Guarantee Fund’s interrelationship with insurers.
